Refund & Cancellation Policy

At OmshriEdu, operated by Omshrikanth Finance Pvt. Ltd., we are committed to providing a high-quality learning experience. We understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary, and we have established this policy to address such situations fairly and transparently.

Please read this Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before purchasing any course on our Platform. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

All course purchases on OmshriEdu are made through our secure payment gateway. Once a payment is successfully processed:

- You will receive an order confirmation email with your Order ID and Payment ID. - Your course will be immediately accessible from your Student Dashboard. - An invoice will be generated and available for download from your account.

Course access is granted to the registered account holder only and is non-transferable.

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

**a) 7-Day Refund Window** You may request a refund within 7 (seven) days of your purchase date, provided that: - You have not completed more than 20% of the course content. - You have not downloaded any course materials, PDFs or resources. - You have not attempted or completed any quizzes or assignments. - The course has not been completed and a certificate has not been issued.

**b) Technical Issues** If you are unable to access a course due to a verified technical issue on our Platform and we are unable to resolve it within 7 business days of your complaint, you will be eligible for a full refund.

**c) Duplicate Payment** If you have been charged twice for the same course due to a payment gateway error, we will refund the duplicate charge in full.

**d) Course Cancellation by OmshriEdu** If we cancel a course after your enrolment and are unable to provide an equivalent alternative, you will be entitled to a full refund.

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following circumstances:

- You have completed more than 20% of the course content. - You have downloaded course materials, PDFs or resources. - You have completed quizzes, assignments or received a certificate. - The refund request is made after 7 days from the date of purchase. - The course was purchased at a discounted or promotional price (unless otherwise specified in the offer terms). - You claim dissatisfaction with the course content after having accessed a significant portion of it. - The request is based on a change of mind after accessing the course. - Free courses (no payment was made). - Courses purchased as part of a bundle or combo offer (unless the entire bundle is eligible for refund).

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

1. Email us at info@omshriedu.com with the subject line: "Refund Request – [Your Order ID]" 2. Include the following details in your email: - Your full name - Registered email address - Order ID and Payment ID - Course name - Reason for refund request - Date of purchase

Alternatively, you may submit a refund request through our Grievance page or contact us at +91 9315969524.

Our support team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

Once your refund request is approved:

- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval. - The refund will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. - Bank processing times may vary. Credit card refunds may take an additional 5–7 business days to reflect in your statement. - UPI and net banking refunds are typically processed faster.

We will send you an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.

**By the Student:** You may cancel your course enrolment at any time from your Student Dashboard. However, cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund. Refund eligibility is governed by the conditions outlined in Section 3 of this policy.

**By OmshriEdu:** We reserve the right to cancel a course enrolment if: - Fraudulent activity is detected. - The account is found to be in violation of our Terms & Conditions. - The course is discontinued.

In such cases, a refund will be processed as appropriate.

Courses purchased at a promotional or discounted price are generally non-refundable unless: - There is a verified technical issue preventing access. - A duplicate payment has occurred.

Specific promotional offers may have their own refund terms, which will be communicated at the time of the offer.
