Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using the OmshriEdu platform ("Platform") at omshriedu.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Student") and Omshrikanth Finance Pvt. Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office at Plot No.- 571, KH No. 24/2, Basement, Kakrola Housing Complex, New Delhi – 110078, India.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To access most features of the Platform, you must register for an account. When registering, you agree to:

- Provide accurate, current and complete information including your full name, email address and mobile number. - Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current. - Keep your password confidential and not share it with any third party. - Notify us immediately at info@omshriedu.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account. - Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

You must be at least 13 years of age to register. Users between 13 and 18 years must have parental or guardian consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

Upon successful payment for a course, you will be granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view the course content for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

- Course access is granted to the registered account holder only and may not be shared, transferred or resold. - Access duration will be specified at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, course access is provided for a defined period from the date of enrolment. - We reserve the right to update, modify or discontinue course content. We will make reasonable efforts to notify students of significant changes. - Free courses may be withdrawn or converted to paid courses at our discretion with reasonable notice.

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to course videos, PDFs, notes, quizzes, assignments, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips and software, is the property of Omshrikanth Finance Pvt. Ltd. or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws.

You may not: - Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display or create derivative works from any course content without our express written permission. - Record, screenshot or capture course videos or materials for distribution. - Use course content for commercial purposes. - Remove any copyright, trademark or proprietary notices from course materials.

Violation of these intellectual property rights may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

As a user of the Platform, you agree not to:

- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations. - Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, other user accounts or our systems. - Upload, post or transmit any content that is defamatory, obscene, offensive, harmful, threatening or violates the rights of others. - Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity. - Use automated tools, bots or scrapers to access or collect data from the Platform. - Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform. - Share your account credentials or course access with others. - Attempt to circumvent any content protection or access control measures. - Engage in any activity that could damage, disable or impair the Platform.

All course prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

- Payments are processed through our authorised payment gateway partners. We do not store your full payment card details. - GST (Goods and Services Tax) will be applied as per applicable Indian tax laws. - Course prices are subject to change. The price at the time of purchase will be honoured. - Promotional prices and discounts are valid only for the specified period and cannot be applied retroactively. - In case of payment failure, please do not attempt multiple payments. Certificates of completion are issued to students who successfully complete all required course components, including lessons, quizzes and assignments, as defined for each course.

- Certificates are issued digitally and can be downloaded from your student dashboard. - Each certificate carries a unique Certificate ID that can be verified on our platform. - Certificates are issued for educational purposes only and do not constitute professional qualifications, government-recognised credentials or guarantees of employment. - We reserve the right to revoke certificates if it is found that they were obtained through fraudulent means.

The Platform may allow you to submit reviews, comments, questions and other content ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you:

- Grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display and distribute your User Content on the Platform. - Confirm that your User Content is accurate, does not infringe any third-party rights and complies with these Terms. - Understand that we may remove User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, at our sole discretion.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Omshrikanth Finance Pvt. Ltd. and its directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for:

- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. - Any loss of data, revenue, profits or business opportunities. - Any errors, interruptions or unavailability of the Platform. - Any reliance on course content for professional, medical, legal or financial decisions.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant course in the preceding three months.

The Platform and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

- The Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components. - The course content will be accurate, complete or up to date at all times. - The results obtained from using the Platform will meet your expectations.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct harmful to other users, third parties or the Platform.

Upon termination: - Your access to all courses will be revoked. - Any pending certificates may be withheld. - Refunds will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.

You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us at info@omshriedu.com.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.

We encourage you to contact us first at info@omshriedu.com to resolve any disputes amicably before initiating legal proceedings.
